USPS Openings Immediate, Delivery for America USPS to Host Career Fairs in Starkville and Magee, MS

Magee Post Office, 701 3rd SW Street, Magee, MS 39110

(Delivery stations available in Florence, Hazlehurst, Magee, Raleigh, Taylorsville)

An RCA will have continuous part-time employment. This on-call position could be ideal if you are retired, self-employed, stay-at-home parent, educator, night student or if you work an evening schedule. An RCA serves families and businesses in rural and suburban areas. This employee is responsible for delivering and collecting mail, working part-time when scheduled carriers have scheduled days off or vacation days. An RCA also sells stamps, supplies and money orders. A candidate must have a valid driver’s license and demonstrate and maintain a safe driving record. A personal vehicle may be required. Becoming an RCA is the first step to becoming a regular full-time rural carrier with all the benefits.

Scheduled as needed, an ARC delivers packages on Sundays and holidays, and on Saturdays, may sort, deliver and collect mail and packages along a designated rural route.
