Stellah, a contemporary women’s ready-to-wear brand, is recruiting a production assistant to join our team.

Our business is growing and we are looking for the perfect candidate to help us manage our brand which is located in the heart of the clothing district in New York. You will learn all aspects of the fashion industry as you work closely with our full saleroom, buyers and retailers. You will also be the right hand of the chief designer, so you will benefit from expert training!

Responsibilities
– Work closely with the designer to assist with seasonal brand direction and overall strategy, including curating and merchandising the collection.
– Be the point of contact for our NYC showroom to help facilitate orders and wholesale inquiries
– Oversee the shipping schedule for upcoming orders
– Manage daily operations and tasks
– Assisting with photoshoots including casting and model styling.
– Update social media accounts
– Inventory management

Skills
– Experience in photo store and Illustrator.
– Strong communication skills
– Aware of the latest trends and best marketing practices
– Degree in marketing or fashion design, an asset
