Bright Common is a studio focused on high concept and low carbon design for a climate smart future. Our diverse experience includes work on residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. We are looking for collaborative individuals who want to work on a wide range of tasks to join our team.
Terms
- 3-5 years of experience, BArch
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Suite. Please do not apply if you do not have Revit experience
- Strong presentation and rendering skills
- Ability to function independently and within a team
- Experience from schematic design to construction documentation
- Ability to manage concurrent projects and deadlines
- Preliminary knowledge of building codes
- Works directly under project managers
- Helps project managers complete projects
- Prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings
- Prepare preliminary energy and embodied carbon modeling
- Performs product research and assists with material selection/systems research
- Participate in client presentations and meetings
- Participate in construction phase activities
