JOB OFFER: Promotions Producer

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – WBAY has an immediate opening for a talented and creative promotions producer.

In this fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate will write, shoot, light and conceptualize top quality on-air promotions to help build the station’s image campaign.

Working with reporters every day to create timely promotions is the promotions producer’s number one priority.

Knowledge of Adobe Suite editing is required, along with exceptional organization and writing, and superb verbal skills. All other tasks are assigned.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with the Marketing/Promotions Manager to design, write, produce and edit compelling on-air promotions, public service announcements and First Alert image campaigns, independently or as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop is also essential. Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
  • The ability to shoot and illuminate is required. Knowledge of DSLR camera is also a plus.
  • The ability to multi-task on a variety of projects is imperative.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in dissemination of information/editing/promotions.
  • Must have the ability to work regular daytime hours and flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings as required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
