Rock Region METRO will conduct on-site interviews with applicants for Class B CDL Bus Operators. You must bring a copy of your current resume.

Rock Region METRO hires Class B CDL bus operators. You will drive buses locally. You must be at least 21 years old. It is preferable that you have a Class B CDL with passenger approval. You must be able to pass a criminal history, drug screen, and hold a current DOT medical certificate. Excellent customer service skills are preferred.

JOB TITLE: Amazon Fulfillment Center Warehouse Associate

LOCATION: North Little Rock, AR

JOB OVERVIEW:
You will be part of the Amazon warehouse team that prepares orders for customers relying on Amazon services. Our fast-paced physical roles span a variety of areas including merchandising, on-demand manufacturing, customer returns, Prime Now and general fulfillment. You’ll pick, pack and ship orders – in some cases, for our super-fast delivery service (2 hours or less).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Some of your tasks may include:
  • Receive and store inventory
  • Prepare customer orders and pack them
  • Load boxes into trucks for shipment
  • Use scanners to read barcodes on products
  • Display prompts on screens and follow instructions for certain tasks
  • Solve problems
  • Ensure product meets quality requirements
  • Drive electric industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet truck, and work at heights of up to 35 feet. Equipment training and certification is provided free of charge.

You will also need to be able to:

  • Lift up to 49 pounds
  • Push utility carts up to 60 pounds
  • Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending and reaching during shifts
  • Use carts, carts, hand trucks and other equipment to move objects
  • Climbing and descending stairs (if applicable)
  • Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (if applicable)
  • Adhere to strict safety, quality and production standards

JOB TITLE: Hydroblast Technician – Earn up to $50,000 per year

LOCATION: Pine Bluff, AR

POSITION SUMMARY:

Industrial cleaning technicians perform the general work activities of the industrial cleaning industry. The Hydro Blaster/Vacuum Technician will perform a wide range of physically strenuous activities that require the strength and flexibility to carry, manipulate, position, move and manipulate materials and equipment. The use of vehicles, mechanized devices or running equipment may be required.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This list of duties and responsibilities is not exhaustive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Ensure health and safety is the number one goal by following all policies, processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Basic knowledge and ability to use high pressure water jet and vacuum equipment.
  • Ensures proper use of equipment and immediately notifies supervisor of any mechanical failure or equipment problem.
  • Wear and use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly. This includes but is not limited to respirators, skin, face, hand and foot protection in a multiple number of combinations.
  • May periodically use computers for training purposes.
  • Ensures tasks are performed safely with the highest level of quality.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors in areas such as safety, quality and integrity.
  • Hydroblast technicians must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 18 or older
