Since the start of the pandemic in March 2020, many of us have become remote workers, commuting to the office part-time at most.
A McKinsey/Ipsos survey last year showed that 58% of Americans say they have the option to work from home at least one day a week. And 35% of respondents say they have the option of working from home five days a week.
If you’re looking to get a job with a company that lets you work from home at least part of the time, you might want to consider a listing from FlexJobs, a remote job website. This list includes the companies that have posted the most jobs on this site.
The number of remote job postings on the FlexJobs website soared 20% in 2022, after increasing 12% in 2021. A total of 6% of those postings were for entry-level jobs, 62% senior-level jobs and 32% of managerial and senior executive roles.

The trend towards remote working is set to continue, experts say. Workers are tired of the hassle and expense of their daily commute. And many find it more productive to work alone. Some companies have tried to push back full-time office workers, but with mixed success.
“Many, many companies in recent months have insisted that people come back to the office five days a week, only to rescind that mandate about a week after learning they would lose their best and brightest,” Julia Pollak, Economist in chief ZipRecruiter, told the New York Times.
Remote work, Ms Pollak added, “isn’t just being used as some sort of advantage in a tight labor market that will disappear in a weaker labor market.”
So if you love working from home, now is your time to shine.
