This is a great opportunity if you are an expert in machine learning and have a keen interest in cybersecurity.
You will join the Cyber Security Group at the School of Electronics and Computer Science (ECS) at the University of Southampton. You will work with Dr. Karafili on the Cyber-ThreaD (Cyber Threat intelligence extraction for autonomous Decision-making research) project which aims to support the autonomous decision-making process by providing attacker-oriented defense mechanisms through the use of an NLP extractor for attribution of cyberattacks.
